These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between pak96 and every registered player on the platform. By creating an account and using any pak96 service — casino, sportsbook, or otherwise — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out in this document. Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pak96 ("the Platform"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any pak96 service. By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you have read and accepted all terms herein.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of pak96's services. By completing the account registration process, the Player unconditionally accepts these Terms in full, including any amendments made in accordance with Section 16.
2.2 Where these Terms conflict with any promotional terms published separately by pak96, the promotional terms apply specifically to that promotion. These general Terms otherwise govern.
2.3 pak96 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
2.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for reference purposes, the English version shall be the governing text in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.
3.1 Minimum Age: pak96's services are available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. pak96 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and will permanently close any account found to have been opened by an underage individual, including forfeiture of any balance held.
3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility: It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing pak96's services is lawful in their jurisdiction. pak96 does not represent that its services are legal in all locations where they may be accessible. Registering and using pak96 constitutes the Player's representation that doing so is lawful under the laws applicable to them.
3.3 Mental Capacity: The Player must be of sound mind and acting of their own free will when registering and when placing wagers. pak96 shall not be liable for wagers placed under duress, intoxication, or other impaired mental states.
3.4 Excluded Persons: Individuals who have self-excluded from pak96 or from gambling services generally must not register a new account or attempt to circumvent their exclusion. Any account identified as belonging to a self-excluded individual will be immediately closed and any balance held will be returned minus any accrued bonus funds.
Age Verification: pak96 takes its 21+ age restriction seriously. Age is verified during registration through mobile number confirmation. pak96 may require additional documentary proof of age before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension.
4.1 One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on pak96. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same mobile number, the same identity, or the same device — are strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
4.2 Accurate Information: Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and must update their account details promptly if any information changes. pak96 is not liable for any service failure arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
4.3 Mobile Number: The mobile number used at registration becomes the Player's permanent account identifier. pak96 communicates account notifications, verification codes, and security alerts to this number. Players are responsible for maintaining access to their registered mobile number.
4.4 Identity Verification (KYC): pak96 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Requested documents may include national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe will result in account restriction.
4.5 Third-Party Registration: Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your pak96 account, is prohibited. All account activity is the sole responsibility of the registered account holder.
5.1 The Player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. pak96 strongly recommends using a unique password not used for any other online service.
5.2 The Player must notify pak96 immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their account. pak96 is not liable for any losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain password confidentiality.
5.3 Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available as an optional additional security layer. Players are encouraged to enable 2FA from their account security settings.
5.4 pak96 will never ask a Player to disclose their full password. Any communication requesting a full password is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
5.5 pak96 reserves the right to temporarily lock an account if multiple failed login attempts are detected, or if suspicious access patterns are identified, as a protective measure.
6.1 All deposits to a pak96 Account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak96 does not charge deposit fees; however, the Player's payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pak96 accepts no responsibility.
6.2 Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast Transfer, and USDT TRC20. pak96 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion and without prior notice.
6.3 Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits below the published minimum will not be credited.
6.4 Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name are prohibited and may trigger an AML review, account suspension, and return of funds. All deposited funds must originate from a source legitimately belonging to the Player.
6.5 pak96 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion where it suspects fraud, identity theft, or money laundering activity.
6.6 Deposited funds that have not been wagered are not subject to wagering requirements for the purpose of withdrawal, subject to AML verification requirements.
7.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. pak96 may, at its discretion, facilitate withdrawal via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable, subject to additional verification.
7.2 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier. Withdrawal requests below the published minimum will not be processed.
7.3 pak96 targets withdrawal processing within standard banking business hours. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast transfers are typically completed within a few hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.
7.4 All outstanding KYC requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal can be processed. pak96 may place a withdrawal on hold pending identity verification without incurring any liability to the Player.
7.5 Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. If a withdrawal is requested where the Account balance includes uncleared bonus funds, pak96 will deduct the uncleared bonus amount prior to processing.
7.6 pak96 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request it deems unusual in size or frequency, and may require the Player to provide source of funds documentation in compliance with AML obligations.
8.1 pak96 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional benefits to Players. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside the offer, which form part of the contract between pak96 and the Player with respect to that promotion.
8.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
8.3 Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who are eligible under the specific promotional terms. pak96 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited to an ineligible account and to cancel any associated winnings.
8.4 Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation of wagering loopholes — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
8.5 pak96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any wagers already placed as part of an active promotional offer will not be retroactively affected by such modification.
9.1 All wagers placed on pak96 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. These rules are displayed within the game interface or the relevant sportsbook market. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before placing any wager.
9.2 Wagers placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed. pak96 does not offer bet reversal on confirmed wagers.
9.3 pak96 reserves the right to void any wager where it determines that a pricing error, technical fault, or manifest error occurred at the time of placement. The Player will be notified and their stake returned in the event of a void.
9.4 In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game or sportsbook event, pak96 will follow the relevant game provider's void and resolution procedures. pak96 is not liable for losses arising from network disruptions on the Player's end.
9.5 Sportsbook markets on pak96 are settled according to official results confirmed by the relevant governing body. In-play wagers are accepted at pak96's discretion and are subject to delay and acceptance confirmation.
9.6 pak96 reserves the right to apply maximum bet limits and to refuse any wager at its sole discretion, including where the stake is deemed disproportionate to the Player's account history or where suspicious activity is detected.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak96 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:
10.2 In all cases of prohibited conduct, pak96 reserves the right to withhold any winnings, void any wagers, and permanently close the account without recourse.
11.1 pak96 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform offers a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every Player's account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session duration alerts, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-Exclusion: Any Player who wishes to restrict their access to pak96 may initiate a self-exclusion of any duration — from a short-term cooling-off period to permanent exclusion — directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
11.3 pak96 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under 21 years of age. Any account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately closed and any deposits returned, with no entitlement to any winnings generated during the period of underage access.
11.4 If a Player believes they may have a gambling problem, pak96 strongly encourages them to use the self-exclusion tool and to seek support from independent responsible gaming organisations.
11.5 pak96 reserves the right to initiate a responsible gaming review of any account that displays indicators of problem gambling, including unusual deposit patterns, very frequent play, or contact indicating distress.
12.1 pak96 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
12.2 On closure of an account for any reason other than breach, the verified balance (net of any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 Accounts suspended pending investigation will have all transactions frozen. pak96 is not liable for any inconvenience caused by a suspension undertaken in good faith pursuant to a fraud or AML investigation.
12.4 Inactive account fees: pak96 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration charge on accounts that have been inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months. The monthly fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
13.1 All content on pak96 — including but not limited to the platform design, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, software, and data — is the proprietary property of pak96 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use pak96's services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No rights beyond this limited licence are granted.
13.3 Players must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any pak96 content without express written permission. Screen-recording or capturing of live casino dealer streams for distribution is explicitly prohibited.
14.1 pak96's services are provided on an "as is" basis. While pak96 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and accuracy, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use pak96's services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
14.3 pak96 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, telecommunications disruptions, power outages, or force majeure events.
14.4 pak96's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15.1 pak96 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at pak96.net/privacy-policy.
15.2 By registering an account, the Player consents to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and AML compliance.
15.3 pak96 does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or these Terms.
16.1 pak96 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered Players via their registered mobile number or email address, and will be effective from the date specified in the amendment notice.
16.2 If a Player objects to any amendment, they may close their account in accordance with Section 12 before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of pak96 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to pak96's operating jurisdiction. pak96 operates as an international online gaming platform.
17.2 In the event of a dispute between pak96 and a Player, both parties agree to first seek resolution through pak96's internal dispute process, initiated by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the complaint.
17.3 pak96 will acknowledge any formal dispute within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) business days of the dispute being fully documented.
17.4 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through pak96's internal process, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in pak96's operating jurisdiction, before resorting to litigation.
17.5 These Terms do not limit any statutory rights a Player may hold under the laws of their own jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.
